My name is Sudheesh. I was born and raised in Kerala, Southern India, the natural home and birthplace of Ayurveda. Kerala is India’s most literate, affluent state and also truly beautiful. As a young boy and teenager, I experienced a time when I did not feel at his optimum health when I felt tired and lethargic. Doctors were not able to tell the cause of my feelings and symptoms. It was a chance encounter with one of my father’s books on Yoga and health that caused me to change my diet and ultimately drew me to the practice of Yoga.

Following lifestyle changes my health radically improved. I was keen to learn more and studied Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Massage then went on to complete the Sivānanda Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and Advanced Sivananda Training courses at the International Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Neyyar Dam Kerala India. After completing teacher training he began teaching Yoga at the Ashram where I completed the training. I have taught people from all over the world and from many different backgrounds, ages, and abilities.

In 2008 I moved to the UK. Later I studied Thai Yoga Massage in the UK. I also successfully completed a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I have found that my knowledge of Yoga has enhanced my practice of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

My practice comes directly from what I have found

to be beneficial through the learning and teachings transmitted by my Guru teachers. I remain committed

to lifelong learning through further study in Massage, Yoga, Tantric Techniques, Hypnotherapy, and Psychotherapy and ongoing personal development.

And at the end of 2012, I moved to Switzerland

(Basel) to spread my spiritual journey. And now I am teaching Yoga, doing Massages and Hypnotherapy

and Psychotherapy and Meditation throughout Switzerland!
I have developed new techniques through all my Yogic studies and life in different Ashrams in India. 

Because with my passion, devotion, dedication and love for what I do, I will be honoured to introduce you to the world, in my magic hands to forget about the reality around you and allow yourself to relax and unwind in the company of a nice and always smiling yogi.
You will experience fascinating rituals, slow movements of my hands, which will intensify the unforgettable exciting sensations. The massage itself consists of 3 such rituals, they are very soothing and have a stimulating effect on every cell of your body.

Through the techniques I use I will reach your soul through your body..With my meditative touch I initiate the flow of energy, involving your whole body, creating a sense of unity with you and closeness.
The respect I will show you will make it important for you to have only that given moment, in which you will feel special, and the state of spiritual elation- great happiness and exhilaration-and deep relaxation of your body will release positive energies in you, which contribute to rediscovery of joy and will to live.
When we see each other, before the massage you will tell me what your body needs and expects and I guarantee to take care of all the little details.

The oils that I use during the massage are 100% natural, so if you have any allergies or sensitivities to various specifics of unknown origin you do not have to worry, no allergies or changes on the skin, on the contrary you will get a large dose of vitamin E and like were in vitamin Sea :)

There will be always nice green tea and nice chat before the sessions regardless  Massage, Meditaton or Hypnosis. And there is no more any extra charge for that- Also I never take any money for any cancellation in case if you cancel the session just 5 minutes before or after. You are completely accepted who you are without any judgement..
